Ingredients
- 1lbs ground meat
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 can 280z crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 can diced potatoes
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Instructions
- Cook meat & onions, drain, add potatoes, peas, tomatoes & spices, salt & pepper to taste, simmer for 25min (add water if too thick). Serve over brown rice.
